Individual Therapy
Art Therapy
Working with an art therapist can provide empowerment, create space for reflection, promote insight, reduce distress, teach coping skills and mindfulness, and so much more.
Art Therapy is for people of all ages and backgrounds. Sometimes our experiences and emotions don’t have words to describe them, but rather colors, shapes, and textures can provide more clarification. Putting feelings into art allows them to be tangible, something we can now hold, see, and explore together.
From the American Art Therapy Association: Art therapy uses active art-making, the creative process, and applied psychological theory—within a psychotherapeutic relationship—to enrich the lives of individuals, families, and communities.
I am currently offering all individual therapy as telehealth sessions through a secure online platform.
